HCM57 Network is a sovereign Layer 1 Blockchain platform developed by HCM57 Technology Company. The project aims to empower Vietnam’s digital sovereignty by providing an indigenous Blockchain infrastructure. It officially launches on May 19, 2025—celebrating the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
Our network bears the name of President Ho Chi Minh and Resolution 57 of the Central Committee, embodying our national spirit of technological independence and innovation. We've designed HCM57 Network to combine the openness and transparency of public Blockchains with controlled access features that support both public applications and regulated use cases. This balanced approach anables a wide range of applications, from public financial services to government-backed digital identity solutions.
Based in Nha Trang, HCM57 Technology has assembled Vietnam's top Blockchain engineers alongside international experts, all united by our guiding principle: "Make Vietnam Great" through technological advancement and innovation.
