Motivation

Our development of HCM57 Network is driven by clear imperatives for Vietnam's technological sovereignty:

In October 2024, the Vietnamese government issued Resolution 57-NQ/TW, identifying Blockchain technology as a strategic priority through 2030. This directive specifically encourages the development of "Made in Vietnam" Blockchain platforms that can serve domestic needs while competing internationally.

We've observed that current international Blockchain solutions present specific challenges for Vietnamese applications:

● Regulatory incompatibility with our legal framework creates compliance uncertainties for government agencies and financial institutions

● Limited localization for Vietnamese users and businesses reduces adoption and utility

● Foreign control of underlying infrastructure raises data sovereignty concerns

● High transaction costs on global networks pose barriers to widespread adoption

HCM57 Network directly responds to our national strategic priority by creating one of Vietnam's pioneering Layer 1 Blockchains, controlled and operated by Vietnamese entities, yet fully interoperable with global Blockchain networks.
