Objectives

We have established the following objectives for HCM57 Network:

  1. Build Vietnam's pioneering sovereign Layer 1 Blockchain infrastructure with world-class performance, security, and decentralization characteristics.

  2. Develop a modular and flexible architecture compatible with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and future WebAssembly (WASM) integration.

  3. Create a Blockchain ecosystem that supports Vietnam's digital transformation across healthcare, education, supply chain, e-government, and digital entertainment.

  4. Enhance interoperability between HCM57 Network and global Blockchain networks through cross-chain bridges and protocols.

  5. Position Vietnam as a regional leader in Blockchain technology by 2030, in alignment with Resolution 57-NQ/TW's strategic goals.

  6. Cultivate a community of Blockchain developers and experts within Vietnam to ensure long-term sustainability and innovation.
