Vietnam's Blockchain Strategy

Vietnam has recognized Blockchain technology as a strategic priority for national development. In October 2024, the Central Committee issued Resolution 57-NQ/TW, which explicitly identifies Blockchain as a key enabling technology for digital transformation through 2030.

The resolution establishes several concrete targets, including:

By 2025, establish infrastructure for Blockchain development including Vietnamese Blockchain networks and three national innovation centers focused on Blockchain research and applications.

By 2030, position Vietnam among regional and global leaders in Blockchain research, applications, and development. This includes creating at least 20 reputable Blockchain brands originating from Vietnam.

The government has called for developing applications of Blockchain technology in fields including finance, transportation, healthcare, education, logistics, energy, tourism, and agriculture. These sectors align with national development priorities and present significant opportunities for Blockchain implementation.

HCM57 Network directly supports these national objectives by providing Vietnamese businesses, developers, and government agencies with a sovereign Blockchain infrastructure designed for local needs while maintaining global compatibility.
